Restaurant with feet in the sand offering a very good quality and creative cuisine.
The restaurant is located with its feet in the sand and in the water... The welcome is warm. The choice on the menu is certainly rather limited but the cooking is of very good quality and creative. The chef favors fish products which are skilfully cooked in all forms (rillettes, tartars, sliced fish, fillets, steaks or half-cooked fish... with sometimes stuffed burgots as a bonus) which are accompanied by home-made vegetables (purées, gratins, perfumed rice...) and excellent sauces. Reservations are recommended.

Certainly one of the best tables of Terre de Haut, with a set menu is composed favouring the marine products. Starters in harmony with the saintes: grown fish variations marinated in the chiquetaille of skate... followed by cooked and seasoned dishes mainly to perfection. Friendly desserts, everything is of course house, made from fresh produce, unmissable for the saintes.
