On the islet of Terre-de-Haut, you can get around on foot, by bike, on a scooter or even in an electric car (a golf cart that can accommodate 4 adults). It's advisable to opt for electric models for the sake of the planet, but also to limit the noise pollution caused by combustion engines.Although the boats pour in their stream of tourists early in the morning, most of them leave in the evening, leaving the people of Saint-Sauveur to breathe a sigh of relief when the boats depart. At this point, village life slowly returns to its normal rhythm, with an endearingly traditional population returning to the area at the end of the day. Terre-de-Haut can be appreciated in many different ways, depending on whether you discover it only during the day or choose to stay for a few days. The wide range of restaurants makes for a delicious evening out, whatever your budget or taste. The sunset over the bay of Les Saintes is a moment not to be missed!
