Restaurant of West Indian cuisine with a superb view on the bay of Saintes.

The welcome of this establishment is in the image of the sweetness of life which reigns on this small island. The restaurant, located in the village of Terre-de-Haut, a few steps from the pier and the tourist office, has a superb view of the bay of Les Saintes. On the menu, traditional West Indian dishes with accras, homemade fish rillettes, fish fillets, catrou fricassee, chicken colombo... accompanied by a wide variety of homemade garnishes to test the different flavors of local products.

Bonjour ce restaurant est formidable je vous le conseille vivement l'accueil les repas la carte le personnel la cuisine le goût des repas la vue l'ambiance la musique les boissons la sauce des accras les accras enfin tout est magnifique le calme les desserts.
