OLD-STRENGTH RIVER

At the exit of Saint-Louis, you can enjoy a beautiful walk on a stretch of water located opposite the beach of Vieux-Fort. You can discover the mangrove of the Vieux-Fort river by pedal boat, electric boat or kayak. It is an opportunity to observe its fauna, its flora and turtles in a completely different setting. For those who do not have sea legs, a footbridge has been set up to observe the fish and birds that find refuge there. This walk is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
