Departing from Saint-Louis, state-certified Grégory will take you on board his boat for a day or 1/2 day of inshore fishing (3h), deep-sea fishing (6h) or marine wildlife observation. Marie-Galante has the advantage of protected areas for deep-sea fishing. Meals and cooking classes are available on board. Grégory concocts a fisherman's dish with a range of fish flavors from Tahiti and the Mediterranean, where he lived. Beginners or advanced, excursions for up to 6 people.
