A beach with turquoise waters in Saint-François, protected by the coral reef and popular with sailing enthusiasts.

It is the closest beach when you are in the town, at the end of the Avenue de l'Europe. Its access by car is quite tricky because the road is very narrow. You can park on the boulevard and access it on foot. Around noon, at the hottest time of the day, the water takes on its most beautiful turquoise hue. Protected by the coral reef, the area is appreciated by sailing sports enthusiasts. The Saint-François marina is just a few steps away with its restaurants, shops and boutiques, 18-hole golf course and hotels.

je fréquente cette plage depuis 1998, mais depuis l'invasion d'algues, la commune ne fait rien pour les enlevées et c'est une vraie puanteur, hélas et j'en revient il y a une semaine et rien depuis la fin Aout, ne véritable honte, il n'y a que la plage communale qui est nettoyée au raisin clairs .
