Here you'll enjoy bistro-inspired cuisine. A concept based on the generous and tasty cuisine of our grandmothers. All in a setting that's both chic and relaxed, with a warm welcome. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The dishes are highly original, made-to-order and prepared with fresh ingredients (marrow bone, carbonade with pig's cheek simmered in beer, sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, homemade chocolate moelleux...). A fine selection of beers is on offer, an obvious choice for owner Agnès, who is Belgian!

On a mangé deux fois à l'optimiste fin janvier 2022. Très très bien,très bon accueil.Même avec un fondant raté pour lequel Agnès nous a offert un colonel et un café. A conseiller.
