This recently opened family restaurant already boasts a large number of regulars. Chef Éric Briones has built up a wealth of experience in some of France's top restaurants, including his own gourmet restaurant in Dijon. Based in Guadeloupe for a number of years, the chef offers a semi-gastronomic cuisine featuring fresh local and international produce, with a touch of Burgundy. All accompanied by a fine wine list, including many Burgundian treasures.
