Claude Strazel, a Guadeloupean chef who officiates at La Table Saint-Charles, has a very good reputation. He manages other renowned restaurants on the island with his wife Léna and his son (La Table de la Mer - Yacht Club in Pointe-à-Pitre and La Table de Léna in Jarry).
