KASSAVERIE

This traditional kassaverie is located under a large carbet. The kassav, these small pancakes made from manioc flour, can be salty and sweet. They are cooked on a metal disc called a platinum. They are prepared in front of you, directly on the turntables, on demand and, as a bonus, the manufacturing process is explained to you. Various vendors are present on site, you can also buy various flours (coconut, manioc) and local punches (guava, passion fruit, apricot, etc.).
