Three areas make up this site: a memorial area in homage to the original populations who inhabited the north of Grande-Terre; an archaeological interpretation centre for Amerindian traditions; and a fitness trail with sports equipment accessible to all. Spread over 7.5 hectares, this archaeological park is ideal for walking, relaxation and meditation. It benefits from a beautiful panorama. Its name is of Amerindian origin and means "frog".

Nous avons voulu poursuivre notre exploration des civilisations amérindiennes après le musée Edgar Clerc avec cette balade qui offre de jolis points de vue et des équipements sportifs. Nous n'avons pas été déçu, même si l'attachement à la culture passée est plutôt maigre et subjective, car le lieu est assez spectaculaire tant niveau promenade que pédagogique. Une amélioration didactique du site le transformerait en incontournable moulien.
