AKA BERTA
This tea room is a veritable time machine. In homage to her mother, a well-known pastry chef in Le Moule, Marie-Line offers traditional pastries that have sometimes fallen into oblivion: apricot country/coconut puff pastry, whipped cake, coconut pâté, pudding, butter bread, shortbread, rochers, accompanied by hot or iced tea, with mango and other herbs from the Creole garden. Don't miss: homemade coconut milk sorbet, traditional chodo (at weekends in the afternoon) or cinnamon-flavored hot chocolate with a stick of kako.
