This restaurant welcomes you in an elegant and cosy setting for an unforgettable culinary experience in Gosier, Guadeloupe. Le Canopy also boasts a rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy your meal while taking in the view. This establishment, classified as a Maître Restaurateur, invites you to discover its tasty cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. For starters, try the Gravlax salmon rose on a bed of wakame, or the duck foie gras terrine with four-spice and mango chutney. You can then continue with Caribbean bass fillet with zucchini scales or baked free-range chicken supreme. To finish on a sweet note, opt for the "Valrhona Gianduja 70%" chocolate fondant with caramel ice cream or the vanilla crème brûlée. The house is also known for its Langouste menu. Opting for this menu, you'll be able to savor a bisque of lobster from the fish tank in a puff pastry balloon, followed by a whole lobster from the fish tank, oven-roasted in a Canopy-style Creole sauce.
