LES CASSAVES DE JOBY ET MICHEL

Joby and Michel are waiting for you every Sunday with their delicious cassaves made with local ingredients and jams prepared with local seasonal fruits (pineapple, mango, redcurrant and apricot country ...). The cassaves (Kassav) are small cassava pancakes that are cooked on a plate (a metal cooking plate). These wafers are then filled with a choice of local jam, coconut in the sweet version or herring and cod in the savoury version.
