The cuisine at Ti-Maz, located on the Rivière-Sens marina, is inspired by chef Matthieu Métais's many travels (Reunion, Provence, Vietnam...), as well as by West Indian gastronomy. Fresh produce is supplied by a fine list of local producers. On the menu: "crousti-fondants" ribs with caramelized sauce, served with a sweet potato velouté, seared tuna fillet served with a ti-cucumber curry... The menu changes regularly, and dishes are accompanied by original cocktails.
