This is one of the largest maniocries (cassava factories) on Marie-Galante. Natacha produces cassava flour, coconut flour and their derivatives: cassaves,moussaches sweets, cakes, manioc torments... A great opportunity to discover these 100% West Indian products, the result of know-how handed down through three generations. Every Sunday morning, Natacha makes cassaves,moussaches sweets, cakes and cookies made from cassava flour. She is also present on Saturday mornings in Grand-Bourg's church square.
