Marine and Joffrey, two restaurateurs with a passion for their trade, took over the reins of the Auberge de Cassiel in December 2021, succeeding Mr. andMrs. Imbert who had run it for 20 years. One is dedicated to the kitchen, while the other is in charge of service, forming an exceptional team that guarantees guests a warm welcome and creative cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. In an elegant mountain setting, you can enjoy a variety of original and traditional dishes!

The house is charming, the well-kept, very comfortable and pretty. The owners are attentive, while remaining discreet. And the cuisine! excellent, inventive with original combinations, generous; in short our short stay was a treat! You will return.
