BLACK SHOES - 100% TÉLÉMARK

The 28th edition of Black Shoes - 100% telemark takes place in Tignes on April 25 and 26, 2020. Those who are passionate about skiing, the "old school" and the mountain atmosphere get together at the summit to celebrate telemark, this fascinating and a little too forgotten technique. It is an end-of-season gathering, to warm up the thighs a little more, to work on your genuflection and to descend with style the still snow-covered slopes, an opportunity to practice for some, to exchange on the technique, the equipment, the memories and the history of telemark, an opportunity to learn also for others or simply to admire the aesthetic approach while fluidity of the skiers, their 360 degree turn and the movement of their arms and poles. A demanding and complete discipline, it is well worth a party! It should be noted that among the members of the French telemark team in 2019-2020 are the Savoyard skiers Matti Lopez and Adrien Etiévent, from the Méribel sports club.
