Le Monal hotel and restaurant, once a stagecoach stopover, has undergone a remarkable transformation. After a complete renovation of its twenty rooms and dining room, and the opening of a wine cellar, the establishment now offers all the comfort and quality of classic hotel services. This excellence has been recognized by the "Logis de France" label, which has awarded it three fireplaces and two cooking pots. Yves Marmottan, the founder, has been joined by his daughter Hélène, representing the sixth family generation.

Habituée à une qualité irréprochable, j'ai voulu faire partager l'expérience à des amis... bien que la cuisine soit toujours aussi bonne, le service et la propreté m'ont laissée dubitative. Mais connaissant la qualité de l'établissement, il s'agit sûrement d'un "loupé"
