In Marcolès, Michelin-starred chef Renaud Darmanin cooks up a delicious meal using local produce.
Renaud Darmanin's cuisine is seductive and delicious. It's not for nothing that he's had a Michelin star since 2018. The chef uses local produce: meat, mushrooms, chestnuts... Recreating regional dishes is Renaud Darmanin's trademark, allowing tastes and flavors to express themselves in a unique seven-course menu, with a vegetarian option. The bistronomic room, l'Oxalis, opened in 2023. The chef has already been awarded a Michelin Bib for this proposal, which allows diners to sample his cuisine at more affordable prices.

Un grand restaurant dans un magnifique petit village. Tous les mets sont originaux et succulents, en harmonie avec un terroir tellement authentique. Que du bonheur !

Formule déjeuner à 22€ exceptionnelle, mise en bouche + 2 plats au choix + 2 desserts au choix + granité de gentiane accompagné d'un chou à la framboise, digne d'un gastro, tant par la présentation que par la finesse du travail du chef. Découverte d'un village charmant et de quelques habitants exceptionnels !!! Un grand moment fort sympathique, je conseille cette halte gourmande accompagnée d'une visite de cette petite cité de caractère au cœur de la châtaigneraie Auvergnate, comme ils l'appellent...je reviendrai.
