Directly from the factory behind the shop! Laurent and Nicolas welcome you, advise you with love of the products they work with. An authentic address of high quality! All the stall made drool. From peasant lard to sweet spices, dry diots of Savoy, pure dry secs tits, bone ham, coppa, dried beef meat, ham nuts… Smoked products are manufactured handcrafted using beech shavings. For the summer, a whole range of grilled sausages. You can book a charcuterie tray to accompany your Savoyard specialities.
