AVIRON CLUB DU LAC D’AIGUEBELETTE

The A.C.L.A. (Aviron Club du Lac d'Aiguebelette) is labelled AVI'FIT, which is a rhythmic and musical group course. Originality of the thing, the course is composed of simple and varied exercises with the ergometer as the main tool.
