In terms of cheeses, Salers and Cantal fermiers are the specialties produced by the farm of Laveissière. Tastes that you may discover, tastes that you will find incomparable! So many reasons to come and taste and buy some of these good farm products and come and meet its lovely producers: Isabelle and Gilles Manhes!

When we arrived in the corner, we find everywhere in this flyers farmhouse offering sale and cheese tasting of Salers. On arrival you invites you to taste a cheese, fort or soft, but tasting stops here. Perhaps you immediately tells you that you will make you enjoy another cheese that is too expensive, between the wrapping paper of cheeses, the bag is provided, it does not get more in their fresh... We did not have a possibility to this day... Despite this disappointment, the cheese is very good and are worth visiting.
