Hotel-restaurant elaborating a very personal refined cuisine with seasonal products from short circuits.
After a journey through the great starred houses, the young chef Antoine Cevoz-Mamy has been writing his own story since 2015, when he joined the Savoy Hotel, run by his parents Georges and Catherine, his sister Roxane and his brother-in-law Fernando. The restaurant will be renamed in homage to his father who died in 2016, "A" for Antoine, "geo" for Georges and "ca" for Catherine, and a new momentum is then given. The chef prepares a very personal and refined cuisine, clearly unique. Seasonal products and short circuits are favoured without forgoing a few flavours from more distant countries, always with the aim of creating something new, to combine flavours in a surprising way but always in a search for balance and harmony. Exotic notes and a wine list offering a choice of more than 300 references from 1990 to 2018. Two minutes walk from the beach, a nice gastronomic stopover, and already a whole trip!
