For several years, 14 farmers have partnered to open a direct sales store. Short circuit, fair trade and organic quality as often as possible.... About forty producers are in stores. They are mainly from the Savoy region. Fresh products (vegetables, meat, dairy products...), drinks and preserves or delicatessen... We opted for a traditional blueberry lemonade, a hyssop syrup from the Asinerie et plantes du cul du bois (Doucy en Bauges) and a walnut pastry as well as a "plum jam Cul de poulet" from the Oréades des Bauges in Jarsy... So many flavours at vous ! and what a pleasure to talk to the producers who come to run the store in turn... that day we talked about "snails" with Corinne Piccolet from L'Escardot de Droisette (Mognard)... and it was passionnant !
