On a mountainside, surrounded by vineyards, welcome to Michel Grisard's estate. For several decades, it has been offering noble and perfectly finished wines such as the Mondeuse or the Roussette. Its precious bottles are found on the tables of starred chefs such as the Flacon de Sel in Megève. Michel Grisard is passionate about vines, he participates in the Pierre Galet alpine ampelography centre (see our Savoie Gourmande section), encourages the protection of old grape varieties and is one of the pioneers of biodynamics. He is also passionate about history, the living arts, the stars, science. Michel Grisard is one of the few Savoyards to age his wines.
