A new artisanal brewery has appeared in Savoie. It is the story of two friends, Jean-Christophe Signolet and Alexandre Legros, who became passionate about this profession and launched themselves. Microbrasserie l'Ecume du Guiers produces organic beer brewed from products from organic farming, GMO-free and as far as possible in a short circuit. Among the many beers on offer: blond, amber, white, smoked, I.P.A., brown, winter, ephemeral... depending on availability.
