At the source of the Coisin, 200 m from the village of Châteauneuf, Chantal, Blandine and Raphaël welcome you all year round and thus discover the products of tradition, handcrafted manufacture: whole fatty liver, blocks of foie gras, candied, rillettes, breasts… All these products come from the fatty duck rearing that is made on site, and you can find out if you go to the farm. You will find these same products at the Chambéry market.

Dégustation d'un pâté venant d'un panier dégustation offert par mon comité d'entreprise. Délicieux, pas trop salé, moins de 10 kilomètres de chez moi. J'aime le goût et la démarche " bien manger, local".
