This very easy walk on the Monts de Chambéry, in the heart of the Parc Piot which dominates the city, is an opportunity to escape a little from the city and to enjoy a little greenery to relax better. The Monts site offers a wide view overlooking the city of the Dukes of Savoy and a panoramic view of the Chartreuse massif. The itinerary alternates meadows and wooded areas and follows a health trail. The reward is twofold since two belvederes overlook the cluse of Chambéry. Good plan: enjoy the magic of sunset from up there....

Le tour des Monts
Une balade simple à faire en suivant la route depuis Bassens en direction du village de Vérel. Il faut tourner à gauche avant d'arriver sur Vérel. Puis direction le col de Saint Saturnin avant de descendre vers le hameau de la Croix Rouge qui vous mènera en direction de la route nationale pour prendre la direction de Chambéry. 2h30 à 3h30 de marche facile.
