SAV ou des personnes sont dans le mépris de la clientèle ( a peine Bonjour , Aurevoir ).
Apres avoir acheté une paire de chaussure Sportiva (180 e) sous les conseils d un vendeur la semelle s est décollé et les coutures du dessus ont lâché après 200 kms de marche .
Réaction des personnes du SAV qui dénigre leur produits .
- " Normal chaussure en plastique de mauvaise qualité " !!!
- " Nous vous faisons un échange standard alors qu on n a plus confiance en se produit "
- Il a fallut se déplacer et relancer par téléphone plusieurs fois pour connaitre le suivi du Sav .
EN RESUME ET PAR " EXPERIANCE " CHEZ DECATHLON LES CHAUSSURES SONT PRESQUE 2 FOIS MOINS CHER ET DE MEILLEUR QUALITE AVEC SI BESOIN UN SAV AU TOP !!!!
