Brasserie in the heart of Brides, not far from the thermal baths, with a menu that changes with the seasons.

In the heart of Brides, not far from the Thermes and the Olympe cable car linking the 3 Vallées ski area, La Fabrik was our (very) pleasant surprise during a scorchingly hot summer lunch. A warm welcome and friendly service, with a menu that varies with the seasons, even if a few brasserie dishes seem to be well established, such as this delicious beef tartare or this Savoyard burger. Raclette, tartiflette, matouille and fondue of course, but also a surprising whole sweetbread with walnut vinegar. A real pleasant surprise.

Très bon restaurant voir l'un des meilleurs sur bride les bains. Les prix sont très correct surtout en prenant à emporter. Je recommande les burgers.

Je suis rarement tombé sur du personnel aussi antipathique et non professionnel. Manque de respect aux clients. Le restaurant présente une carte qui n'est absolument pas respectée. Nous avons tenté à deux reprises d'y manger. La première fois, la réservation a été oubliée par le restaurant et la deuxième fois ils n'avaient plus de nourriture à proposer un jeudi à 13h10.
Le propriétaire est mal élevé.
Ne jamais passer leur porte.

Worst restaurant ever! We have booked for a table at 20.30 by phone and when we arrived the guy who takes the tables told us ( really disrespectful) that we don’t have table till 21.00 . Really rude guy and so unprofessional. Also the restaurant stings. Horrible experience. So we decide to go besides, le 26 restaurant , really good stuff and food
