Restaurant elaborating quality and local products, specialities of Bessans or a classic Savoyard fondue.

The restaurant is located at the top of the village, opposite the start of the cross-country ski runs and the biathlon stadium. The chef uses quality and local products, including Personnaz charcuterie. Here, you will taste the specialities of Bessans, including the farci, the agnelos bessanais, the farcement (or farçon). In the evening, you can taste the raclette or the classic Savoyard fondue or with ceps. Blueberry and violet mousse, a delight to order at the beginning of the meal. Nice wine list! To get off the beaten track.

Closed from 25 April to 6 June and from 15 September to 15 December. Open from the beginning of June to mid-September and from mid-December to the end of April: evening only and Saturday lunchtime. Closed on Sundays (the opening date depends on that of the Iseran pass). Reservation recommended. Menus from 24 € to 35 €. Children's menu: 10 €. Dish of the day: 13 € (from). Group menu from 22 €. Pas du tout gentil!!nous somme entré pour prendre 2 panaché e une planche.. La dame a répondu qu'elle n'avait pas de licence pour servir de l'alcool ... à une table il y avait des gars avec des bières et des planches ... bonjour cohérence !!!!... pensez-vous que vous tenez un bar restaurant ou quoi ? Bienvenue à Bessans ????…désolé je ne peux pas donner zéro étoiles ????????????
