In a typical 1950s building in the United States, has just moved to Villars, near Alinéa a Memphis Coffee. Stainless steel fronts on the outside, black and white checkered floors, colored leather benches, jukeboxes, vintage gas pumps, posters of American stars on the inside, cartoons, American football, rodeo or cowboy movies on the screens, the decoration of the Memphis Coffee is reminiscent of Uncle Sam's world. On the menu, in addition to the must-have hot dog, there are also typical American recipes served at the table: burgers, triangle sandwiches, starters, salads, hot dogs, grilled meats but also ice creams and pastries imported from the United States.

Resto plutôt sympa, bonne cuisine et bonne ambiance, service rapide. Juste un peu cher à mon goût (70 e à deux).

La déco du resto est très sympa. Par contre la serveuse devrait changer de métier. Pas agréable du tout, pas souriante. Nous étions une table de 10 personnes et on avait l'impression de l'embêter plus qu'autre chose ! Elle préfère discuter aves ses collègues, obligé de l'appeler pour commander.
Les burgers étaient froid quand ils sont arrivés et pour un dîner américain je m'attendais à autre chose.
Dommage, pas sur de revenir !
