Financed by the local authorities, the environmental association Héliose runs the Energy Information Point in the Loire department. From its headquarters in the Saint-Etienne area, Héliose advisors provide free information to individuals through permanent offices, stands at housing and real estate fairs, or during guided tours of construction sites. It is an essential point of information on energy savings. For more than three decades, Héliose has been a reference in terms of information for the general public.
