TRADITION HOUSE
Next to the church you will find the house of traditions, a typical th century house with two galleries called locally "aîtres". In the cellar was installed the workshop of sabotier, current loom in the 1900 s with all the material and tools retrieved from there and there. On the ground floor, a room is devoted to the presentation of the commune with a large model carried out on scale and reproducing the entire communal territory with maximum precision: relief, wood, housing, roads… The second piece explains the origin and use of the tailler pines - typical trees found in some regions of France, and in particular the municipality. However, these so-called «twisted» pine forests suffered from the 1999 storm, but there are still some plots. On the floor you will find the temporary exhibitions room.
