The Saint Martin, hotel, restaurant and catering is located in the heart of the village, in a new building with warm tones with 80 seats and 4 rooms. Nadine welcomes you with a smile, while in the kitchen, Patrice has a real kitchen of refined soil, made with market products and allied to catering activity. You will be wrapped by the Saint-Martin menu with the bowl of the house moment and its chutney of onions, then the spread of frogs'legs or the four braised shoulder with a gratiné à and its forézienne topping. As for the gourmet menu, declined in two or three selections, enjoy the crunchy salmon of salmon coriander with its small vegetables to white butter, then the steam of roasted hazelnuts and citrus juice with vegetable cannelloni, the yellow veau rib with cognac with its creamy chanterelles, the pick et and a few chestnuts or the square of French biche with its juice of chanterelles. red cranberries, apples anna and vegetables of the moment, finish with the dessert buffet.
