CAVE ANDRE THINON

Located on the Côtes du Roannais, this estate with an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée is only a few hectares in size. What is important for André Thinon, its owner, is above all the passion for working the land and the quality of its products. Indeed, his love for the profession comes from his ancestors, especially his father with whom he was a partner, before taking over the business in 1986. He is constantly seeking to improve quality by working with wine technicians. The work on the vines is done with the greatest respect for the environment and with very little mechanisation. The harvest is obviously done by hand, the pressing is done the old-fashioned way and the bottling is done on the estate. The key word being the respect and listening of the vines, it is the climatic conditions that give all their differences to the wines. Each year, its red and rosé wine is bottled. Another wine cuvée in bag in box is also available. The red wine, deep garnet, develops fruity aromas of blackcurrant. The rosé wine, with its fruity flavour, will perfectly accompany your aperitifs, grilled meats, poultry and desserts. To be served very fresh!
