New pleasant address to discover in Saint-Chamond! Located in the Novaciéries hall, La Bracierie welcomes you to its beautiful industrial setting. On the menu: a varied menu and a traditional cuisine served continuously. You will appreciate the quality of the burger breads from David Bory, a well-known baker from the Couramiauds. The cheese comes from the farm of the Golden Horn of Saint-Paul-en-Jarez. Homemade, the dishes are served all year round, such as salads, sauerkraut or mussels and chips. The plates are copious, the prices are correct, the service is fast and smiling. The large terrace will delight guests on sunny days. Booking recommended.

Nous y mangeons régulièrement. Je n’ai jamais eu de déception ni de reproche à faire. Le personnel est toujours très sympa et serviable.

Service un peu long cette fois dommage, sinon repas très copieux.

Le repas est bon. Mais quel dommage que les recettes ne suivent pas le rythme des saisons! Des tomates et des courgettes en février alors que des poireaux, carottes ou autres courges … sont actuellement sur les étales.
