Cuisine made with fresh quality products cooked homemade to compose tasty dishes as we thought we could only eat from the other side of the Mediterranean. Among the specialities, the variations around the tagines are as much an opportunity to feast (chicken or lamb tagine with prunes and almonds, Berber tagine with vegetables, keftas tagine with eggs...).
