David, in the furnaces, has a good kitchen with originality touches: feuillantine of moules sauce molds, medallion of burbot with red pepper cream, its house specialty: the pike cocoon in the grout of green crabs. The cheese platter is up and the gourmande trilogie deserves special mention for the meringuée lemon pie. A simple and good address at a wise price, as you love!
