Apicius is a delicious bistronomic surprise. For Audrey and Jean-Christophe, plants and a return to the roots are the primary inspirations. You will enjoy a gourmet and seasonal cuisine based on fresh products, plants and aromatic herbs. Back of Halibut and its bean mousseline accompanied by bedstraw flowers, veal wicks accompanied by hyssop goat's curd or scallops cooked on a pebble accompanied by a black Iranian lemon, sophistication is the order of the day. Please note that the number of place settings is limited, so it is best to reserve.
