Grégory Bapst produces grains and makes flours: semi-complete, complete and integral (bran) flour (T65). The flour is produced exclusively from his own crops of wheat, rye, spelt, durum wheat, buckwheat, peas and einkorn. He also grows fruits such as apples, pears, plums and mirabelles. Passionate about his work, he likes to show his farm and explain the cultivation and milling processes.
