The Kempferhof Restaurant offers generous, authentic cuisine prepared by chefs Thibaut Fisher and Emmanuel Willer. All dishes are homemade with passion, using regional produce sourced from local market gardeners. Tartare is a must here, but fish fans will also find some fine offerings, as will vegetarians.
