At the Cluzel, ten minutes from Montbrison, on the road that rises in the heart of the Forez Mountains, there is a small hostel that deserves the detour! You will be welcomed in a 120-covered room, or on the shaded terrace of 20 seats where you will enjoy the cuisine full of flavours of Nicole Nigon. The dishes are typically foréziens; to be tasted: the fondue, grated, tartifourme or the bull gardiane (little common in the region), the lamb mouse, the rognon in Madeira… A treat! It is full of warmth, full of generosity. For your family meals, groups, seminars, the Auberge du Crin Blanc can prove to be an absolute success!

Service trés mauvais ! Obligation de rabacher au serveur que je ne prends pas d'aperitif tellement l'insistance etait presente, 30 minutes d'attente minimum entre les plats, un tutoiement repetitif..
Des cuisses de grenouilles sans gout, des pommes de terres trop cuites..
Bref, je n'y retournerai plus jamais et je ne conseille absolument pas cette auberge.

Service: lamentable, 45 long minutes to see itself serving patate with cheese and meat really poor quality, sole and spinach cooked with water. The wine jug is unclean.
Acoustics: much too noisy, it is infernal, you will need to speak to roar and takes the ears.
