FERME DE TRAVORCHE

La Ferme de Travorche in Leigneux offers a wide range of farm produce for direct sale. Michelle and Olivier Thomas raise pigs, poultry and lamb in the open air. Their charcuterie is produced in the traditional way, without coloring or preservatives. Their selection includes pork chops, roasts, sausages and caissettes, as well as whole and cut-up chickens and retail lamb. Their products are also available in farmers' stores in St-Etienne, St Germain Laval and Sorbiers, and at markets in Roanne and Noirétable.
