This organic bakery held for several years by the Corneloup family was taken over in early 2019 by Michel Léglise. This one perpetuates the activity of his predecessor and offers only organic bread but also, greediness obliges, pastries, pastries and chocolates 100% organic. In terms of innovation, he has just launched a new 100% organic baguette and flute, the Bio'Stelloises, which have been a great success. And, for gourmet snacks, he is planning the Bio'choco, with chocolate chips!
