On the heights of Chaudes-Aigues, the medieval keep has been adorned in glass and steel to house Serge Vieira's emblematic restaurant at its feet, where chef Aurélien Gransagne has taken over. Bocuse d'or 2005 and two Michelin stars confirmed in 2021, products are worked with delicacy and aestheticism. The result: food that's as good as it is beautiful! You can't get enough of it, from the amuse-bouches to the coffee. Excellence is always the order of the day!

Une superbe expérience dans un cadre exceptionnel mariant diverses époques (le restaurant est construit autour d’un château et domine le village de Chaudes-aigues). L’accueil par Mme Vieira est très sympathique et la cuisine de Monsieur est un régal pour les yeux et pour les papilles. Un moment d’enchantement...

Superbe dîner dans chez Serge Viera. Tout est aussi beau que bon dans les assiettes. De la haute gastronomie qui s'apparent à de la haute couture. Un superbe moment dans un bel endroit. Un excellent moment pour tous. Belle carte des vins.
