Starred bistronomic restaurant in Chaudes-Aigues offering a cuisine for all pleasures.
Sodade is an evocation of the mixture of origins. For Serge and Marie-Aude Vieira, it is a nod to Portugal, but also to the pleasures that cooking can offer. The restaurant is a subtle composition between a starred restaurant and a brasserie atmosphere. The couple defines it as "bistronomic". They have entrusted the kitchens to Aurélien Gransagnes who is simply responsible for expressing his talent. The cuisine is just like the establishment, surprising and exciting. You can let yourself go with confidence! Awarded a Bib gourmand.
