Every year in October, the Château de Bouthéon organises the squash festival in its superb park. This is an opportunity to showcase all the varieties of squash, pumpkins and pumpkins that produce such beautiful flavours. Numerous tastings are offered by exhibitors to introduce you to pumpkin bread, various jams with unusual flavours... There is no shortage of animations either. The little ones fish with squash on the pool of the castle, some participate in the competition for larger pumpkins.... Enough to spend a pleasant weekend for young and old alike! In 2019, the squash festival celebrated its 20th anniversary, a great success!
