House in Aurillac serving a careful and curious cuisine with a refined menu, rich in local products.

The Quatre Saisons continues to follow a well-trodden path, as the reputation of the house is well established. The chef Didier Guibert imposes himself by his careful and curious cooking, like the reversed truffade (the tomme is cooked separately from the potatoes) and the hare compote with truffle oil.

The menu is rich in local products, but also more refined, offering foie gras or scallops with various seasonings.

Restaurant chic.cuisine aux saveurs multiples et service très agréable avec les explications du plat servi. Je recommande. Le cuisinier est même venu nous voir. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Nous avons dîné un soir de la semaine. C'est une véritable expérience. Il y a des choses à découvrir dans chaque assiette. Entre les excellents produits et les préparations exceptionnelles, nous avons salué le travail du chef et ses idées.

On y mange très bien... des amuses-bouches aux mignardises. Tout est frais, local...enfin bref, parfait !
